Suarez & Lucas Maybe Absent in Early Season

Suarez became the mainstay of front-line, while Lucas's reinforce the Uruguay national team champions, Brazil. While the tournament itself is held on July 1 to 24 with Argentina as the host.
Both are believed to be involved until the final round of the tournament so they need extra time to rest.
With such a situation means that Suarez and Lucas will miss some pre-season the Reds. Even so, Steve Clarke to make sure that these two players will not be asked to rush back to English Premier League 2011-12 when scrolling.
"We expect their best for their respective countries and we will supervise them," said the Liverpool first team coach at The Sun.
"This will be our decision to ensure we dropped them off at the right time but the important thing is they can get a decent recovery time."
"When they come back we will examine the situation, examine their fitness, physically and mentally and then we'll determine how to incorporate them into our training schedule.
"If they are indeed ready to start the season, that's good. But if they do need a longer recovery time, so you have a great squad. That will give other players a chance," said Clarke.
In the opening match, Liverpool will entertain Sunderland at Anfield on Saturday (13/08/2011) night.
