"Berbatov to Man United future"

Sir Alex Ferguson believes Dimitar Berbatov, the Bulgarian is still in his plans for Manchester United.

Batter is depressed to the club when the team left out completely of their 3-1 defeat in Barcelona UEFA Champions League at Wembley in May.

This despite the players finishing joint top scorer in the Premier League with 20 goals last season.

Berbatov also had less playing time, with Ferguson prefers to start with Wayne Rooney and Javier Hernandez in his place.

However, as reported in the Daily Mail, the Scotsman has spoken to the player, and he is staying at Old Trafford, despite recent reports connecting people to move elsewhere.

United manager said: "It 'was a difficult decision to leave out of the final and I know he was disappointed.

"But we had a long talk and he accepted the decision and hopes that the new season."
