Start Working, Gasperini Positive impression at Inter

Milan - Although not yet met with the squad for Inter Milan, Gian Piero Gasperini started his job as coach of the Nerazzurri. In his first visit to the headquarters of La Beneamata, he claimed to have a positive impression.

"Everything went well. The first meeting of the Inter went positive and I find superb facilities in Appiano Gentile," Gasperini said on Football Italia.

Inter appoint Gasperini at the weekend to replace Leonardo. Appointment of 53-year coach was considered surprising because he did not have a convincing track record, especially La Beneamata before actually rumored to be recruiting pembesut big name.

Related to preparations for the 2011/12 season, the coach who last season was sacked Genoa will begin meeting with his squad in the second week of July. Where training camp will be made plus a series of pre-season testing.

"Now we start working and continue with the pre-season training starts 10 to July 20, where we will play a friendly match more than originally planned," he finished.
