Mancini considers the bid for Aguero City

Manchester City could submit a bid for Sergio Aguero the club for a few days trying to find a replacement for Carlos Tevez.

Tevez is expected to leave in the near future, despite the confessions of the Corinthians that they are not yet agreed on a contract with the City for the Argentine striker.

Mancini admitted publicly that he thinks Aguero can fill the void in their line of attack if Tevez leaves and tender Italian hopes for the Atletico Madrid this week.

Asked about a possible transfer of Aguero, said: "Perhaps in the coming days, I did not tell anyone, but I truly believe that ..."

But Mancini was not able to shed light barrier that prevents him from making the switch Tevez Brazil.

"The clubs are talking about. I have not spoken," he said. "They have only one number, and does not work this time."

Midfielder Gareth Barry has admitted there was some talk about dressing Tevez, and he does not believe in South America has played his last game for City.

However, the England star was not ready to minimize its contribution.

"There was obviously a strange thing to talk with Carlos," Barry revealed.

"He made it clear that he is ready to go and the players respect his decision.

"And 'down to the club to decide what they want to pay for Carlos." There would be sad to lose him because he is a class player, who has worked really hard in the club.

"If you believe what you read, then yes, he played his last game.

"But it was great for Manchester City. He helped the club win its first trophy, and he always gave 100%. We are grateful."

And such is the nature of the town these days, the loss of a top player just announced the arrival of a second.

"Aguero is a very interesting player I've seen on television," said Barry.

"It 'a class act. Names such as to inspire the fans and the players."
