Julio Cesar: The pressure is off Brazil

Brazilian goalkeeper Julio Cesar was a relieved man after victory over Ecuador 4-2 Brazil secured first place in Group B in the Copa America.

The current champion of the Copa America reached the top in a thrilling encounter which saw Alexandre Pato Neymar network and a brace each notched their first win of the tournament.

Brazil, under pressure after failing to win their first two matches, drawing 0-0 and 2-2 against Venezuela and Paraguay, respectively.

But the Inter Milan goalkeeper believes the victory over Ecuador will take the stress of the team.

"Now the work more quietly, without too much pressure, relaxed."

Julius Caesar gave a soft draw - efforts to tame Felipe Caicedo is out of the box to squirm under his arm. He admitted he could have done better with two goals and pledged to improve before the quarter-final against Paraguay.

"The second goal was a bit harder than the first, but made bad decisions and have not had time to save the ship.

"There are things he can improve.

"We can not relax. It 'true that Paraguay is a performance was slightly weaker than expected (3-3 in Venezuela), but they can improve."

Brazil will face Paraguay on July 17 in La Plata.
