Gill wants to change FIFA device

Manchester United chief executive David Gill has joined the growing demand from leading clubs in Europe to change the match schedule of FIFA.

Bayern Monaco was indignant in the wake of the hamstring injury aggravated by Arjen Robben last summer's World Cup in South Africa, which was out of the Dutch half of last season.

Furious Bayern chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge said that it was time for all the national players, half of the insured against any and questioned the right to FIFA to increase the time period set, the clubs must release players.

United returned from their five-game tour of North America knows that immediately after Sunday's meeting with Manchester City Community Shield at Wembley, they will lose players for international friendlies.

Three weeks after the first international double-header coming of the new season a month from this, there will be another mid-November and its players will be called again.

But Blatter has spoken to more international dates have been added, which has angered the powerful leader intensely Club.

Despite accepting the resolution will not be easy, Gill does not see the current situation as sustainable as it is the clubs who have contracts and invest millions of dollars on your computer.

"There are some problems," said Gill.

"The way the calendar is constructed, a series of dates on FIFA, insurance.

"There are no easy solutions. These things have existed for many years, but if we can do together will be for the good of the game."

One could argue that FIFA has more than enough on your plate right now trying to solve the corruption scandal that erupted after the presidential elections in which Sepp Blatter has finished as the only candidate, but Gill is confident the UEFA president, Michel Platini to take the cause of the clubs within it.

"Clearly it has not been a good year for FIFA," said Gill. "Nobody can say he did.

"Hopefully with some of the things that happen, we can achieve change and improve the organization in the future.

"UEFA is a professional organization. What he has done in terms of its structure and the Champions League is very professional.

"We were the first dialogue with them, and they can keep in touch with FIFA.

"The calendar is not only the situation, but it is clear: We offer our players a central part of the game ..

"The Champions League is one of the top football competitions. We produce a product. Everyone should understand that."

The line will probably be the roar of some time, Gill waiting for the next month if an agreement could solve the mystery midfielder Alex Ferguson following the retirement of Paul Scholes.

Even in the absence of Scholes, United have not yet installed as favorites to continue the domination of the Premier League title with the registration Ferguson, 13, and 20 for the entire club.

"All Premier League was the greatest era for Manchester United," reflected Gill.

"Sir Alex has had great teams in it. Treble in 1999 and won the championship in the next two years.

"It 'was amazing. No one would doubt that.

"But you could say, in 1999, Arsenal and we were facing the other teams. When Chelsea came. Now we have Manchester City. ... Tottenham Liverpool back.

"We were very successful, but more important is that the whole club, on and off the field, can not assume this will continue.

"We must continue to work hard and make sure the next five years will be equally successful."
