Forlan Atletico Aguero told to leave out

, While Diego Forlan is determined to stay at Atletico Madrid next season, he said that the club should respect the wishes of want-away Sergio Aguero.

Aguero has announced his intention to leave at the end of last season and was the subject of discussions involving the transfer of Real Madrid, Manchester City and Juventus, but it remains a player of Atletico.

Forlan and Aguero come face to face, when Uruguay will meet Argentina in the quarterfinals of the Copa America on Saturday, with both due to take control of their future when the continental competition was concluded.

"There are a lot of rumors," said Forlan. "I have two years left on my contract and I want to stay, as I have always said - I've always felt comfortable."

However, Forlan, who has attracted interest from Besiktas, Galatasaray and Tottenham, among other places, he admits he might be forced to leave the club after falling out with former coach Quique Sanchez Flores last season.

"There are more people who love me that people want me to stay," he said.

But while the Uruguayan but could not continue to Atletico, Aguero believes he should be allowed to proceed.
