The Argentine striker Sergio Aguero has already sees himself as a player of Manchester City, despite an agreement is not yet complete.

Despite the high profile of his club-record transfer from Atletico Madrid, has turned 23 years old very comfortable in the city, which will probably be his home for the next five years.

Aguero has flown to Buenos Aires, via Heathrow on Wednesday morning and went straight to a private clinic in Manchester to visit his doctor.

He then had a brief stop at the scene of the city before deciding lunch was the most important thing on the agenda and thus disappeared for a couple of hours before returning to earth in the afternoon.

After discussing with the authorities of the city, the icon-in-law of Argentina Diego Maradona happily signed autographs for the growing number of fans who had gathered to see their new hero.

"I am a player in the city. Happy to be at this club and this city," wrote about Twitter.

"Thanks for the welcome and reception."

Aguero is a bit 'premature to announce themselves as the new City superstars, but the completion of the transaction is not far, some administrative problems are set to be wrapped up tomorrow, when his move was officially confirmed.

Only after landing on the northwestern part of the first part of the day, Aguero wrote on Twitter: "arrived from Manchester City to sign with the focus.

"All right! I'll tell you more in a moment."

City of previous record signing was Robinho, who arrived from Real Madrid for pounds 32.5million the new owner Sheikh Mansour, a member of the ruling family of Abu Dhabi, made a firm signal its intention to only a few days later resumed in August 2008.

Aguero deal is believed to be around £ 35million, which includes additional components - less than £ 38million buyout clause in the new contract with a player has signed for Atletico in January.

To be established to agree a contract value of approximately five years £ 200,000 a week - although it will not be an obstacle to the city, which spent millions of package review and the area around the stadium plans much more to come.

With the City striker Carlos Tevez wants to leave it categorically to be closer to his wife and two daughters in Argentina, Aguero is considered the ideal replacement.

Younger than her husband for four years, Atletico star striker has been in a Champions League, which is why it has become one of the most sought after strikers in Europe.

Atletico were resigned that they would lose their most valuable asset, when it announced in May, before leaving to play Argentina in the Copa America, he wanted to leave.

Aguero desire was to remain in Spain, with its seemingly real town rivals the most likely destination, but Atletico were willing to resist such a move.

Therefore, an offer of the city, although the Italian Juventus are also interested, is a better choice for the Madrid side.

Atletico coach Gregorio Manzano has publicly admitted Aguero would not return to Vicente Calderon stadium.

"It seems that in the coming hours we will have a definitive solution to the problem that has occupied so long," said Manzano Spanish radio station Cope.

"It 'already in its final stretch, I asked the players to concentrate on the game on Thursday (the Champions League tie against VPS).

"Unfortunately, we will not be able to use Kun (Aguero)."
