Real Madrid have agreed to Santos Fee € 45million signing Neymar, player's agent Wagner Ribeiro.

19 years has become one of the best properties in world football after his impressive display of Santos and Brazil in the last 12 months.

Between clubs, getting more than his signature, are the likes of Madrid, Barcelona, Chelsea and Manchester City.

But Los Blancos have emerged as favorites to land teenage sensation in recent days, and Ribeiro can now confirm that the Spanish giants have given the green light to discuss personal terms with the attacker.

"The financial part was settled between Real Madrid and Santos. The [Santos] president himself has already told them to talk to the player wants to go to whether or not," Ribeiro was quoted as Lancenet saying.

"Real has already spoken to me and made me an offer. Neymar just depends. Santos will receive € 45 million and the player is because the escape clause is fulfilled."

Neymar played over 60 games for the Saints, scoring 27 goals, and recently led the Brazilian club in its third Copa Libertadores title.
