AC Milan Silvio Berlusconi hit by budget blow

Milan in the summer transfer plans have been hit by € 560million allocated to put the club president, Silvio Berlusconi.

A Milan court has ordered the company to Mr Berlusconi's Fininvest to pay compensation to the company after finding Industriale Riuniteafter guilty of fraud in a company takeover in 1991.

Milan vice president Adriano Galliani has admitted that the budget heavy fines affect the transfer of the club.

"It 's something that falls on the owners of Milan, very hard, because the club is owned by Fininvest," Galliani told Sky Sport Italy.

"Berlusconi will be in Milanello training camp on Tuesday to meet with the team. I think it's a good time to talk.

"As for how it affects the future of Milan is something that President Berlusconi to consider.

"He likes to Milan many, it is his child, after saving the club from bankruptcy in 1986 and has brought much success.

"But Milan is already a complete and very competitive. Let's see what happens, but the team is fine as is."

Events are in a difficult moment for the Italian prime minister, who is currently under construction and the purchase of alleged underage prostitutes.
