The end of the Era of the Sensi family in Rome

Rome - Power Sensi at AS Roma family that has lasted since 1993, officially ended. It is characterized by Rosella Sensi resignation as a member of the Board of Directors I Lupi.

Rosella Sensi is the chairwoman of of Rome since 2008. He replaced his father, Franco, who died in that year. Franco's own 'rule' of Rome since 1993.

"From now on, I will just concentrate on being a mother," said Rosella Sensi when announcing his resignation was as reported by the Italian Football.

"I am grateful to the supporters because they are always close to me and I pray that the new owner can get success," added Sensi.

This year, the of Rome moved the ownership of the Sensi family to Thomas Di Benedetto, United States of Italian investors. Until now, the inauguration of the new big boss Benedetto became I Lupi is still awaiting the full document.

Rosella later recalled that he thought his father always tried to give the best for of Rome. He felt grateful when the plan to name the new stadium of Rome with the name Franco realized.

"The first thought I was my father, who always wanted to make of Rome a great club and we've achieved results that prove it," said Rosella.

"Reports that the new stadium will be named after him of Rome is a beautiful dream. We set up innovative projects and hopes that all this hard work was worth it," he finished.
